  • You can cancel your CyberCom subscription at any time.
  • This is a pre-paid service. So, you just need to cancel before your monthly billing date.
  • CyberCom does not issue refunds.
  • If you have been given with a router, note that this is property of CyberCom. This needs to be returned to CyberCom. Please email nzsupport@cybercomglobal.com to organise returning of the router.
